Introductions

Nearly every local St. Louis magazine, at one time or another, has attempted to catalog the best donuts in our city.

Cherry tart tangets or atmospheric floof has overshadowed what we really need to know. And with magazine or newspaper deadlines, how can one hungry reporter even begin to catalog STL's wealth of delicious fried, icinged, and sprinkled treats?

I have no deadline. I have no incentive. I'm just a girl that likes to eat donuts and talk about them in my free time. And you know what I talk about the most? The necessity of a blog (this blog!) to guide and inform my donut decisions.

My name is Tori and I'm setting out to give the St. Louis public an honest critique of every donut I eat.
